- Fortieth Wedding Anniversary Of Mr. And Mrs. W. E. Friedrichs. December sixth marked the fortieth wedding anniversary of Mr and Mrs W. E. Friedrichs. Relatives and friends gathered that evening in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Friedrichs and family for a surprise party honoring the couple. The children and grandchildren presented the couple with a decorated cake and bouquet of flowers. Cards and gifts were also received. Present for the occasion were: Mr and Mrs Walter Friedrichs, Alexandria, South Dakota, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Hartman, Mitchell, South Dakota, Mrs Art Bartling, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Mr and Mrs Hay Suhr; Luverne, Minnesota, Mr and Mrs Irvin Schultz and daughter, Kiron.
