An Urkunden Sammlung is a collection of documents, in this case about a Rezess, or a written settlement of land detachments. These came into play after the edicts that freed the peasant farmers in the early 1800s following the dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire. Here, owners and land agreements can be read for both Peterfitz and Klaptow ranging from 1834 to 1836.

It also details the Gutsbesitzer von Natzmer and his wife von Bonin and their children. The residents of Peterfitz signed the document, denoting that properties 1-16 were Bauerhofe.
